Thursday (8/24) Fairenheit 17: Mini Music Festival - You already know the Kentucky State Fair is this week, but we wanted to specifically highlight a cool NEW addition. Fairenheit 17 is a mini music fest showcasing local musicians (Ben Sollee, Tony and the Tan Lines, 64West) local food trucks, craft breweries/distilleries, artisans, aerialists and more! Party starts at 6:00 PM and runs through 11:00 PM.

Friday (8/25) FAT Friday Trolley Hop -  Hop on down to Frankfort Avenue this Friday for food, drinks, art and more! FAT Friday Trolley Hop is a FREE event held on the last Friday of every month from 6:30 PM - 10 PM. Enjoy live music, entertainment and free trolley rides to shops, restaurants and galleries on Historic Frankfort Avenue.

Saturday (8/26) Louisville City FC - This week is jam-packed full of action and no one else in the city has more action than the Louisville City Football Club! They’re still working on a brand new stadium and you can show your support by not only attending the games, but bringing more folks! Let’s pack the stadium again this week! Game starts at 7:30 PM. Saturday (8/26) Distant Conversation Soundtrack Release PartyDistant Conversion is a brand new local documentary providing an insightful look (and listen) into the hearts of two brothers and their friends; Americans, Haitians, musicians and artists. Sunday (8/27) Dog Days of Summer + Yoga with Kittens - We’ve got you covered with not one, but two pet friendly events! Dog lover? Cool down with your four-legged friend in the courtyard at Copper & Kings from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Free to attend. Cat Lover? Tuesday (8/29) The Moth Storyslam: Caution - The Moth is a non-profit organization that features people telling true stories from their lives with no notes, power point or cheat sheets. Why not share your mad skills next Tuesday at Headliners Music Hall? OR simply just sit back and enjoy the show. Doors open at 7:00, show starts at 8:00 PM. This month’s theme is CAUTION. Tickets are $10.
