Wednesday (6/20) Barre3 + Beer – The perfect kick off to summertime in the 502 — Barre3 + Beer. Enjoy a complimentary 30 minute class at Falls City Brewing Co (901 E. Liberty St. in the NuLu/Phoenix Hill neighborhood) and then stay for Happy Hour deals and food. Class starts at 5:30 pm. Event is free and open to the public, but space is limited so come early to reserve your spot. Also BYO yoga mat.

Friday (6/22) Silent Disco House Flow Yoga – Soul Cleanse Yoga is partnering with the Louisville Palace to bring you another ultimate one-of-a-kind yoga experience! All yogis will be led through a 60 minute all levels yoga class with silent disco headphones. After class enjoy Marker’s Mark cocktails and music. Tickets are $25. This event will sell out, so get on it.

Saturday (6/23) Brandi Carlile w/ Shovels and Rope, The Secret Sisters – THE Brandi Carlile will be in town and lighting up the stage with Shovels & Rope and the Secret Sisters this Saturday night at the Louisville Palace . Sunday (6/24) Owsley Sundays at the Speed – Been to the speed yet? What are you waiting for? Now is the perfect time to get your art on at the Speed Art Museum. Admission is FREE every Sunday, thanks to a generous contribution from Brown-Forman, in honor of the late Owsley Brown II. Also don’t miss RBG (U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg) playing at the Speed cinema now through July 21st.

Tuesday (6/26) The Moth StorySlam – What’s the Moth? The Moth is a non-profit organization that features people telling true stories from their lives with no notes, power point or cheat sheets.The StorySLAM is The Moth’s wildcard series, welcoming any and all folks to share their five-minute stories onstage at Headliners Music Hall. Why not share your mad storytelling skills? We dare you. This month’s theme is ENDINGS. Tickets are $10.

Wednesday (6/27) Waterfront Wednesday – Mark your calendars for this FREE summer concert presented by WFPK and Waterfront Development Corporation next Wednesday at the Big Four Bridge. Featured artists: Bettye Layette, Company of Thieves, Dr. Dundiff and Otis Junio. Music starts at 6:00 pm. Free and open to the public. Parking is a little crazy, so ride your bike or uber/lyft it.

Wednesday (6/27) Wild Wednesday: Investing in Women’s Entrepreneurship – Join Culture Code and WILD Accelerator for a Wild discussion around investing in women’s entrepreneurs next Wednesday at 800 Tower City Apt. Featured guest is Kristina Montague, Managing Partner of the JumpFund, a TN-based venture capital fund leading the charge in female-focused capital investment.
