2012 Fifth Third Bank Waterfront Independence Festival
July 3-4, 5–10:30pm
Waterfront Park, Great Lawn
Live music, food, drinks, activities for the kids, and of course Fireworks (on both nights)! Have to get up early Thursday? Head on down for tonight’s fireworks show.
Jeffersonville Independence Celebration
Live in Indiana? Don’t want to cross the bridge? Join the celebration on the Jeffersonville Waterfront. Music, inflatables and games for the kids and a great view of Louisville’s waterfront Fireworks!
Fireworks Siteseeing Cruises
July 3-4, 7:30-11pm
Belle of Louisville & Spirit of Jefferson
Enjoy a cruise on the Ohio River on the historic Bell of Louisville or Spirit of Jefferson, followed by a great river view of the waterfront Fireworks.
July 4, 10am – 4:30pm
Take a step back in time and celebrate in the style of the early Republic. Bring a picnic lunch, sketch in period style from the house front porch and enjoy the grounds of historic Locust Grove.
First Friday Trolley Hop
July 6, 5-11 pm
Finally, don’t forget this Friday (7/6) is First Friday Trolley Hop! Not Independence Day related, but always a great time and perfect way to wrap up the holiday week.
