IdeaFestival2015Now - Friday (9/30) Idea Festival - New2Idea Festival? No worries newbie, we’ve got your back. Idea Festival is an annual 3-day event at the Kentucky Center and brings in world-class speakers from around the world to present innovation, imagination and world-changing ideas Ted-talks style. nadasurfWednesday (9/28) WFPK Waterfront Wednesdayfinal waterfront Wednesday of the season is tonight at Louisville Waterfront Park Big Four Lawn, so last chance to get out and enjoy music in the park with thousands of other fine Louisvillians. Featured artists: Nada Surf, OJR and Howell Dawdy. Music starts at 6 pm.  Free and open to the public.

ResurfacedLibertyBuildThursday (9/29) - Saturday (10/1) Resurfaced Fall 2016 - Resurfaced continues this weekend. Enjoy live music, art, yoga and more! Plus did you hear about their soccer field? Resurfaced runs through October 29th every Thursday (5 - 10 PM), Friday (5-10 PM) and Saturday (12-10 PM). Free and open to the public. Mark your calendars for our New2Lou “hangout” on October 6th!

stjamesartshow2016Friday (9/30) - Sunday (10/2) St. James Court Art Show - October arrives this week which means St. James Court Art Show in this weekend! This year marks 60th anniversary of this famous art show held the first weekend in October in the heart of historic Old Louisville.  Over 700 artisans from locations throughout the nation will showcase their art and nearly 300,000 people plan to attend! Hours: Fri & Sat 10 AM-6 pm; Sunday 10 AM-5 PM.

bourbonbash2016Saturday (10/1) Bourbon Bash 2016 - Like bourbon?!? Of course you do! Join the bourbon bash this Saturday at KMAC Museum‘s newly renovated space. Taste Kentucky’s finest bourbons along with culinary pairings by Bobby Benjamin of Butchertown Grocery, interact with guest artists, enjoy a unique interactive art experience, live music, and DJ sets.  Party starts at 9 PM. uoflvbSunday (10/2) Louisville Women’s Volleyball - Who doesn’t love to watch the volleyball players crush it and our girls are killer, literally. Cheer on our home team the University of Louisville Cards at they take on Duke University this Sunday at the KFC Yum! Center. Tickets start at $8 which is a super sweet deal for all this action. Game starts at 1 PM. #GoCards
