BestOfLouisville2015Wednesday (7/1) July “Best of Louisville” & “Louisville Bride” Launch Party - Celebrate the 30th annual Best of Louisville publication, and Louisville Bride with Louisville Magazine at the Louisville Water Tower! And it’s the official pre-party to the Best of Louisville Event on July 30th, win-win. Music, food, and many ticket giveaways. Complimentary appetizers and drink specials. FREE event and open to the public.

Faithfully_Journey-TCGThursday (7/2) Faithfully - A Symphonic Tribute to Journey with the Louisville Orchestra - Journey tribute band + Louisville Orchestra + Louisville Amphitheater = Brilliance. Louisville Orchestra will rock the greatest hits of one of the best 80’s bands at Iroquois Amphitheater. Door open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 8 pm. Tickets start at $20.

FirstFridayHopFriday (7/3) First Friday Hop - free event on the first Friday of every month at the shops, restaurants and galleries in historic West Main district, trendy NuLu District and SoFo district from 5-11 pm. And while you’re out and about, don’t forget to hop on the FREE TARC Zerobus which runs between all three districts!

FleaOffMarketFriday (7/3) - Sunday (7/5) Flea Off Market - monthly outdoor bazaar  in Nulu, on Baxter between Market and Jefferson Street. The “buy local”/”keep it weird” ethic is strong in Louisville and especially at The Flea Off Market, a great place for shopping, eating & drinking, or just hanging out. Over 100 local vendors, food trucks, drinks, entertainment and more!

OldFashioned4thofJuly2Friday (7/3) - Saturday (7/4) Crescent Hill Old-Fashioned 4th of July - Two days of celebration and good old-fashioned fun in the Crescent Hill neighborhood! Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 11 PM at the historic Peterson-Dumesnil House. Art fair, food & beer booths, pet show, parade, live music and fireworks! Free and open to the public.

Murica-ArcadeBrunch-InstagramSaturday (7/4) Arcade Brunch: Murica Edition - Fourth of July is finally here, y’all. And if you have an action packed day, you best brunch up, seriously. Get your brunch on at Zanzabar - $15 all can eat, $13 if your dressed in your patriotic best. And that’s not all…retro arcade games, cereal bar, Bloody Mary bar, and Saturday morning cartoons. Boom, Murica.

LCFCSaturday (7/4) Louisville City FC - Cheer on our brand new Football Club team, the Louisville City FC, this Saturday against the Richmond Kickers at Louisville Slugger Field. Tickets start at $15 and the game starts at 7:30 pm. And word on the street is they will have a sweet fireworks show too, so win-win.

Saturday (7/4) Louisville Orchestra Waterfront 4th - Sadly last year our fireworks were canceled, but they are back this year with a bang! Louisville Orchestra is joining the party and will be playing LIVE music on the waterfront! Activities start at 5 pm and Louisville Orchestra plays at 8:30 pm.  FREE and open to the public.

RockinRooftopRamenSunday (7/5) Rockin’ Rooftop Ramen & Rose - Sunday evening from 8 pm to 11 pm, 8 UP Executive Chef Jacob Coronado turns UP the fun and the flavor offering UP one of his favorite dishes, Tonkatsu Ramen ($11). Pair this with a summer Rose on the 8Up rooftop and it’s the perfect way to wind down the weekend.

MuppetsMostWantedMonday (6/29) Monday Night Movies: Muppets Most Wanted - It’s Monday, so you know what that means….summer movie night at Iroquois Amphitheater! Featured movie this week is the latest Muppets musical comedy, Muppets Most Wanted!  Doors open at 7 pm, movie starts at 8 pm. FREE and open to the public. Seating first come, first serve.
