WaterfrontWedWednesday (5/25) WFPK Waterfront Wednesday  - FREE summer concerts presented by WFPK and Waterfront Development Corporation on the last Wednesday of every month at the Big Four Bridge at Louisville Waterfront Park. Featured artists this month: Paul ThornThe Howling Tongues, and Nick Dittmeier & the Sawdusters. Music starts at 6:00 pm. Free and open to the public.

AbbeyRoadOnTheRiverThursday (5/26) - Monday (5/30) Abbey Road on the River - What is Abbey Road on the River? THE world’s largest Beatles-inspired music festival this weekend right here in Louisville! This can’t miss event takes place on the Belvedere in Downtown Louisville. KentuckyReggaeFestivalFriday (5/27) - Sunday (5/29) Kentucky Reggae Festival - Kick off Memorial Day Weekend with the flavor of the islands at the Kentucky Reggae Festival at Louisville Water Tower Park. Enjoy live reggae music, ethnic food and a vendor market arts, crafts, jewelry, beads and more. Tickets: $13 before 6:00 pm, $17 after 6:00 pm. $20 for a 2-day pass and $30 for a 3-day pass.

FleurdeFleaSaturday (5/28) Fleur de Flea Vintage Urban Flea Market - Fleur de Flea Vintage Urban Flea Market is a quirky local market full of antiques, uniques, food vendors, local non-profits, and more. Over 125 vendors from all over the South will peddle their awesome items this weekend at Festival Plaza in Waterfront Park. The market runs from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. FREE and open to the public.

BoomtownBall&Festival

Sunday (5/29) Boomtown Ball & Festival - Mark your calendars for the third annual Boomtown Ball & Festival, which is the official kickoff to the Bicentennial Park Summer Concert Series. The party kicks off at 1:00 pm this Sunday on Market Street in downtown New Albany, IN. Enjoy an outdoor bazaar, live music, food and more! FREE and open to the public.

Mayors-Hike-Bike-PaddleMonday (5/30) Mayor’s Hike, Bike & Paddle - FREE family friendly Healthy Hometown event every Memorial and Labor Day. Thousands of participants flock to Waterfront Park to enjoy a morning full of fun. moth stories toldTuesday (5/31) The Moth StorySlam - The Moth is a non-profit organization that features people telling true stories from their lives with no notes, PowerPoint or cheat sheets. The StorySLAM is The Moth’s wildcard series, welcoming any and all folks to share their five-minute stories onstage. The show is on the last Tuesday of every month. This month’s theme is ESCAPE. Tickets are $8 and the event begins at 8:00 pm.
