Thursday (1/12) The Louisville Moth Grandslam: Breaking Ground -The Moth presents the GrandSLAM, a battle of wits and words - fierce, hilarious, heartbreaking and all points between. Listen as ten StorySLAM champs tell tales of new horizons. Checkpoints and firsts. Growing pains and ice breakers. Location is the Kentucky Center. Theme is BREAKING GROUND. Tickets are $28.
Friday (1/13) Harlem Globetrotters 2017 World Tour - You can’t help but be transported back to childhood when you hear the Harlem Globetrotters theme song. And lucky for you, they’re coming to the KFC Yum! Center this Friday night! Great event if you have kids or are a big kid at heart. Tickets start at $28.50. Game starts at 7 PM, door open at 6 PM.

Sunday (1/15) Keepers of the Dream - Join The Kentucky Center’s ArtsReach program, River City Drum Corp and the Office of Mayor Greg Fischer for the 7th Annual Keepers of the Dream, a Community Arts Celebration of Dr. King’s Vision. The celebration is FREE and open to the public (no tickets required). Program starts at 4 PM at the Kentucky Center.

Monday (1/16) MLK, Jr. Day Film Screening: “I Have a Dream” - In honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the Muhammad Ali Center will be showing his renowned speech, “I Have a Dream” every hour on the hour in our auditorium. Film screening is open to the public. Regular ticket prices apply for exhibit admission.
Tuesday (1/17) - Sunday (1/22) The Sound of Music - The hills are alive! A brand new production of The Sound of Music, is coming to the Kentucky Center next week. The spirited, romantic and beloved musical story of Maria and the Von Trapp Family will once again thrill audiences. Tickets start at $32.50. Show runs through Sunday, January 22nd. Evening and matinée show options available.
