Wednesday (7/5) Julius Caesar - Want to really impress your date? Take them to one of Louisville’s hidden gems, Kentucky Shakespeare in the Park! Enjoy Shakespeare in beautiful Old Louisville’s Central Park. Food and drinks available for purchase. Pre-show at 7:15 PM, performance starts at 8:00 PM. FREE and open to the public. Show runs through July 23rd.

Thursday (7/6) 2017 Best of Louisville - Don’t miss your chance to taste the BEST food and booze from the winners of Louisville Magazine‘s Best of Louisville awards. Food and booze tastings included with ticket purchase, and a cash bar is available for additional drinks. Party starts at 6:30 pm at the Kentucky CenterTickets are $50.

Friday (7/7) - Saturday (7/8) Va Va ReVolutionary, Dance. Music. Sex. RomanceThe Va Va Vixens have returned for yet another original production “Va Va ReVolutionary, Dance. Music. Sex. Romance”!  This Modern Day Vaudeville-style Burlesque Variety show runs through July 8th at Headliners Music HallTickets $15/ Reserved seating $25/VIP $35.

Friday (7/7) - Sunday (7/9) Poorcastle Festival 2017 - Three full days filled with great local music. What’s with the name? Forecastle Festival is next weekend and the tickets are a little pricy, so a few local folks decided to host Poorcastle Festival for “rest of us”. Daily tickets are only $5; a weekend pass is $10. Saturday (7/8) 3rd Annual Jeffersontown Summer Craft Beer Fest - Love craft brew? Head over to J-Town this Saturday to sip on over 50 seasonal craft beers. Saturday (7/8) - Sunday (7/9) Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone in Concert - Harry Potter fan? Then this is your gig. Enjoy a full showing of the film on a giant high-definition screen with the John Williams score performed live by the Louisville Orchestra at the Kentucky Center this weekend only! Tickets start at $25. Show starts at 7:30 PM on Saturday, 3:00 PM on Sunday.

Wednesday (7/12) New2Lou July Social - Mark your calendars for our July social on Wednesday (7/12)! We’ll be partying it up at Levee at the River House, Louisville’s swankiest spot on the Ohio River.
