Wednesday (1/4) Prohibition Parlour: Sequin Edition - Kick off the New Year and come shake a leg down at the Taj in Nulu tonight! Enjoy Prohibition era cocktails, live music by the Derby City Dandies and bartending and photo booth by mysterious rack gals: Olivia Rose & Miss Janet Weeden! Dress up, not down. Sequins preferred. Party starts at 8 PM.
Thursday (1/5) Michael Carbonaro Live - Don’t miss Michael Carbonara (actor, magician, comedian and improv artist known for his original hidden camera magic series, THE CARBONARO EFFECT on truTV) this Thursday at the Louisville Palace. He’s sure to put on a “magical” and entertaining show! Tickets are still available and start at $47.50. Show starts at 7 PM.
Friday (1/6) First Friday Trolley Hop - free event on the first Friday of every month at the shops, restaurants and galleries in historic West Main district and trendy NuLu District from 5-11 PM. Couple fun trolley hop events on our radar: Bumpin Basement at Decca, Cabaret Night at Frazier History Museum, Sisters of the Moon at KMAC and Calling All Monsters at Revelry Gallery.
Saturday (1/7) The Music of David Bowie - Sadly we lost David Bowie in 2016, but his music lives on in our hearts and on the Kentucky Center stage this Saturday! Hear his iconic music performed as never before with the Louisville Orchestra and a full rock band; taking you on a symphonic odyssey that pays tribute to the legendary musician and epic storyteller David Bowie. Tickets start at $27. Show starts at 8 PM.
Sunday (1/8) Louisville Women’s Basketball - Watch our fantastic and extremely competitive Lady Cards take on the Pittsburgh Panthers this Sunday at the KFC Yum! Center. Game starts at 2 pm and tickets are super affordable at only $10. So grab your friends, co-workers, family and spend an action packed Sunday in one of the best venues in the country. Game starts at 2 PM.

Monday (1/9) Beer + Yoga - Beer AND Yoga, perfect way to kickstart 2017! Get your bend on and then keep the zen going strong with a pint at Goodwood Brewing Company every Monday. The class lasts for one hour and is open to beginners and all skill levels alike. This class is FREE, although donations are encouraged. Class starts at 5:30 p.m. Bring your own mat. Stay for a beer or two afterwards, all beers will be $1 off!
