New2Stylin Poster CropWednesday (3/5) New2Stylin: Hair - Last chance to join us for a night of pampering and awesome peeps! The experts at Hair by Bennie and Friends will share pro-styling tips, answer styling questions and conduct live demonstrations on volunteers (we’re looking at you). We’ll also have wine and light bites, cause it’s ladies night! Tickets are $20 and we still have a few left.

troubadourssmThursday (3/6) Mayor’s Music and Art Series - free monthly series showcasing local musicians, artists and performers at the Mayor’s Gallery in historic Louisville Metro Hall.  Featured artist is the Troubadours of Divine Bliss. Doors open at 11:30 am, music starts at 12:10 pm. Free and open to the public. Bring your lunch and enjoy live music during your lunch hour.

First-Friday-Trolley-Hop2Friday (3/7) First Friday Trolley Hop - free event on the first Friday of every month at the shops, restaurants and galleries in historic West Main district and trendy NuLu District from 5-11 pm.  While you’re out and about, head on down to Block Party and check out their new art gallery space and special exhibition around green transportation.

LouisvilleArcadeExpo1Friday (3/7) - Sunday (3/9) Louisville Arcade Expo - Show off your sweet retro gaming skills this weekend at the Ramada Plaza Louisville.  Are you an Atari, Sega or Nintendo champion? Here’s your chance to shine! Tickets are $20 per day or $45 for the weekend. 100’s of Pinball and arcade games are featured, so you might want to spurge on the full weekend pass, just sayin.

Wes-FestSaturday (3/8) Wes Fest - Are you a Wes Anderson fan? If so, this is definitely your gig. Wes Fest is a large scale Wes Anderson theme party at The New Vintage. Enjoy signature cocktails and live music from all of 7 of Wes Anderson film soundtracks throughout the evening. Costumes encouraged and winner gets a sweet prize. 21 and over. Tickets are $10 in advance, $12 at the door.

InstafamSunday (3/9) Louisville Family Fun InstaFam - Are you a family man or woman? What better way to spend the day with the little ones than exploring historic Museum Row with the fine folks at Louisville Family Fun. So what is Instafam? It’s basically a family oriented scavenger hunt using Instagram. Cute, right? Tickets are $35 per family and  includes food and entertainment.

WSFF_2014Saturday (3/15) Wild & Scenic Film Festival - Wild & Scenic® Film Festival returns to the Clifton Center with another incredible selection of films to change your world.  The theme this year is “emPOWERment”, focused energy.
